Every girl wants to be a princess. Meet Princess Ithaca (Nora Zehetner) who is not a princess by birth but is living the life of a fairy tale princess. Fairy tale princess Ithaca talks to fairy tale creatures. She is the healer and fairy tale creatures come from all over the world to be healed by her. Some fairy tale creatures are scary but there are also mermaids, unicorns, wood nymphs and fairies. The problem is that on her 25th birthday, Princess Ithaca will lose her power as a healer and another girl will come into that power instead. Princess Ithaca has 10 days to find this girl. If she is not found by the time the princess turns 25, the girl will lose her power and there will be no hope for all fairy tale creatures.

The only person who can find the new healer is a Searcher. A Searcher is gifted with the instinct to find the new princess. At Princess Ithaca's charity ball, a young man called William Humphries (Kip Pardue)  mistakenly convinced the princess that he is the searcher. He fell in love with the princess so he never told her the truth. She was convinced he was the searcher until 2 days before her birthday when he confessed that he was just an ordinary man. The princess is disappointed and out of time. It is now up to her to find the girl who would become Princess Calliope (Nicole Gale Anderson) before all is lost. But, where should she look?
